About Beth

Beth Slate has dedicated her career to helping people heal, grow, and move forward with confidence. As a natural empath, she brings compassion and clarity to her work, especially during life's most challenging transitions.

With over forty years as a business consultant, Beth has helped companies build sustainable success through strong cultures and outstanding client experiences. For the past twenty years, she has specialized in the legal field, partnering with hundreds of law firms and their clients to provide strategic insight combined with heart-centered guidance.

Beth's professional path has been shaped by personal experience. She has navigated her own high-conflict divorce and understands firsthand the pain and uncertainty that comes with such transitions. This experience fuels her passion for supporting others in finding clarity, strength, and peace.

Her service-oriented work includes roles as a domestic violence and sexual assault victim's advocate, a court-appointed special advocate (CASA) for foster children, and a guardian ad litem in Washington State for high-conflict custody cases. She has also taught parenting classes, equipping families with tools to thrive during and after major life changes.

As a Certified Divorce Coach, Certified Mediator, and Certified Change Management Practitioner, Beth brings a holistic approach to her coaching. She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Human Development with a focus on families in conflict and has completed master's level work in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Whether clients are facing divorce, working through custody decisions, or navigating uncertainty, Beth provides wisdom, empathy, and practical support to help them move forward.
